The 15th issue of Weekly Shonen Champion, which contains the new announcement, also has a full-colored 8-page manga for Saint Seiya Then III: Ketsui (Determination). Masami Kurumada finished writing this manga in January 2026. He revealed that the subtitle for Then III was originally Tenkai he no Michi (Path to the Heavenly Realm) before he changed it to Ketsui. Kurumada had also shared teaser sketches for the new series following Then III, which has since been known as Tenkai-hen.
