After EA and FIFA broke up, the soccer organization vowed to keep making games without the gaming publisher, and now the first post-EA FIFA game has arrived.
The arcade-style mobile game FIFA Rivals from Mythical Games is available now on the App Store and Google Play for mobile devices. The game was previously available in a soft launch.
FIFA Rivals combines "high-energy arcade gameplay" with team-building strategy elements, as players can take part in PvP matches and become a manager of sorts and build out their squad. The game also sports a "Super Mode" that adds "boosts and abilities" to help get an edge on the pitch.
